Absolutely. There is an option to upload a video for every lift you do and your trainer will review it and give you feedback. If you’re unsure of your technique, keep it light and wait until your trainer comes back to you.
No, we don’t believe in locking you in with exhaustive terms and conditions. We believe in the strength of our service to keep you with us, which is why over 50% of our members have been with us for over 18 months.
